Coronavirus – Our Approach

With the unprecedented situation with regard to the novel coronavirus COVID-19, we at Allsop recognise that it is a concern that affects us all, both at home and at work. We continue to monitor and follow the guidance of the UK government and Public Health Agency (NI) in order to put procedures in place for keeping our staff, customers, suppliers and all associated friends and families safe.

We are and will continue to remain open for business as usual to ensure all customers are receiving normal service levels. In addition, we have put in place a number of initiatives to safeguard all people we engage with including:

  • All face-to-face meetings are being cancelled until further notice. We will carry out all meetings remotely, and will be using technologies to ensure they remain as productive as possible.
  • Our staff are being asked not to visit other sites, and visitors to our office will be restricted to essential services only. Routine visitors (such as cleaning services) will be arranged for outside of working hours to reduce risk.
  • Allsop have an existing work-from-home policy for all staff to allow for flexible working arrangements as needed. Staff are all now working from home allowing the business to continue operations as normal.
  • All of our business and communication services are cloud-based, so we will be able to provide business as usual from any location.

We will keep in touch with you as we continue to monitor the advice being issued for businesses, and update you as our approach and plans change. We are proud of the relationships we have with all customers, suppliers and staff and will do all we can to adapt to the changing landscape and support everyone through the coming weeks and months.
