A group of 5 of us from team Allsop have decided to complete the Belfast City Marathon on Sunday the 5th May. Despite the fact, none of the relay team are natural born runners (I can say it because I’m part of the team), we’ve decided to take on the challenge. Sure it’s all for a good cause. 😐

The runners and legs are as follows:

Leg A 6.9 miles – Richard Campbell
Leg B 3.9 miles – Claire Carson
Leg C 4.5 miles – Ewan Stinson
Leg D 5.2 miles – Michael Sage
Leg E 5.7 miles – Thomas Murray

We are raising money for Action Cancer NI. We are delighted to be raising money for this brilliant cause, in line with the support our team member, Angela already provides by volunteering for this charity. The funds raised by the team will also be kindly matched by the company.

Action Cancer provides digital breast screening, M.O.T health checks, support and therapeutic services and health promotion programmes to help save lives and support people across Northern Ireland. They also run awareness campaigns to highlight the signs and symptoms of the most common cancers and highlight factors which may increase the risk of developing cancer.

We would really appreciate any donations so that we can smash our fundraising goal.

Thanks in advance! Let the training commence! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
