We are delighted to have recently welcomed Tamlyn to the Allsop team in the role of National Sales Manager.

As a newbie we got her to answer a few questions, to find out a bit more about her:

What is your role at Allsop?

As National Sales Manager I am responsible for the account management of our existing customer base – anything from account reviews to product roadmap discussions and new business requirements.

What made you pursue your chosen career?

Following my degree in marketing, my first role was in lead gen and from there I naturally progressed to business development then account management and sales. I have always enjoyed working closely with customers, understanding their needs, listening to their pains and helping them find the right solution.

What are your first impressions of working at Allsop?

I started Allsop at a very strange time, 3 weeks prior to lockdown so I had to quickly adapt to working from home and getting to know my teammates remotely. Allsop as a whole has been amazing throughout this period, I have felt very connected and supported by the entire team and have enjoyed every minute.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I usually hit the gym 4-5 times a week, but only so I can eat out with friends and find the balance.Ā šŸ˜Š
When Iā€™m not doing that Iā€™ll be at the beach or decorating the house (it all depends on the weather).
