We are delighted to have recently welcomed Stuart to the Allsop team in the role of National Account Manager.
As a newbie we got him to answer a few questions, to find out a bit more about him:
What is your role at Allsop?
I recently joined Allsop as a National Account Manager. My role involves me working alongside clients to help transform and improve their business processes using software solutions. We work as a software partner and look to find best-fit solutions if and where possible, this can range from something ‘off the shelf’ to a custom built software solution and everything in-between.
What made you pursue your chosen career?
I come from a non-technical Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) background so am able to understand the day to day challenges our customers face. The use of technology within the FMCG sector is becoming more and more evident, I find it very exciting to be involved with a company at the forefront of this industry. I wanted to use my previous experiences to help scope new ways of helping businesses improve processes and be more efficient.
What are your first impressions of working at Allsop?
From day 1 I have felt welcomed by the team at Allsop. A welcome pack and a note from the entire team was a lovely touch. It is very much a collaborative working environment here and it great to see how the guys share knowledge and skills. The level of ability within our team is incredible and seeing first hand what they can create is really mind-blowing.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
As a new Dad, I love spending time with my wonderful wife and daughter. We love getting out and exploring. I’m also a keen cricketer and during the summer months, you can find me making up the numbers for my local team Waringstown Cricket Club.
